We realize that the best technology and machinery in ideal number will help us to effectively produce the best product on time, with the best quality. We believe that to serve the best, we must do the best, so we invest in best machinery and facilities for the factory.
OUR FASILITIES
To support the production process and create the best products, we have systems and facilities to support the production of our products.
The following facilities and systems in our company :
We have factory-standard laboratory equipment. We always update laboratory equipment according to the latest technological developments.
We use an international standard rack system for storing fabrics and accessories that are safe and strong. We also have a forklift to move the fabric freely to be moved to the cutting section
In running production, we have sewing machines with the latest technology and supporting machines that speed up the sewing process. Some of our supporting machines are laser machines, long arm machines, bass machines, sticker cutting machines, label heating machines, seam sealing machines and many more.
In production system we have :

- Sewing System
In the packaging system we use standardized weighing machines. In addition, we have a metal detector to make sure the products we pack are up to the packaging standards.
In addition to the machines we use, in our packaging system we always improve the quality of our employees’ quality control to always maintain the best quality
We have the latest production machines of the highest quality. We also have production support machines to support the production of products according to customer requests, such as seam sealing machines, laser machines, heat transfer machines, sticker cutting machines, pattern maker machines, etc.
We have a capable cutting system. Our system is equipped with the latest fabric cutting tools, fabric rolling machines which assist employees in rolling out the fabric automatically and a wide cutting table accompanied by blower technology that makes it easy to move the fabric.
